Robin Urheim

Program Director

Robin has a love of animals, great and small, and a passion for helping children, especially those facing challenges. She shares, “I’m deeply passionate about the work that the ranch is doing and feel honored to serve these families.” As an adoptive mom, she has experienced walking through some of these challenges even within her own family. Robin is married with four children, three cats and two miniature donkeys. After moving frequently for work, she and her family have settled outside Richmond and volunteer at Wings of Hope Ranch. Robin is privileged to serve alongside all of her family members at the ranch.

As Program Director, Robin tirelessly serves our Ranchers and their families as well as our session volunteers. Just a few of the important functions she fulfills include processing rancher applications, creating the Ranch's session schedules, and overseeing session volunteer training and coordination.

Robin has served internationally on missions, locally as a Sunday School teacher and small group leader and even in her previous community on the Board of Directors. Her professional background of working with animals at a veterinary clinic combined with years of corporate vendor relations allows her to uniquely serve Wings of Hope Ranch.
