Francie Mann, Esq.

President

Francie has been a horse lover all her life, growing up riding quarter horses outside of Roanoke, Virginia. She feels blessed to have found Wings of Hope Ranch and enjoys volunteering with the children and horses. It is amazing to see the wonders of God working through the horses to bring joy to the children’s’ faces when they interact with the animals.

She resides with her husband and goldendoodle puppy in western Henrico County. She is a lawyer and paralegal, who now uses her legal skills in a different way to recruit legal professionals for her law firm and corporate clients. She holds degrees from the University of Virginia and Charleston School of Law.

She is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Richmond, VA. She looks forward to connecting Wings of Hope to a broader community of her fellow church members and friends and family.

“But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. Job 12:7-10
