Staff, Board, and Lead Volunteers 

Wings of Hope Ranch staff is responsible for the daily operations of the ministry ensuring quality programming, herd health and mission focus.  A team of lead volunteers supports the staff and ministry in key missional areas.

The Ranch is blessed with a volunteer Board of Directors that provide strategic direction and financial oversight. The Board members serve for a 3-year term with rotations being staggered.

Executive Director

Julia brings passion for children’s ministry, horses, and nonprofit management. She oversees the ministry's operations and staff, working closely with the Board.
