Staff, Board, and Lead Volunteers 

Wings of Hope Ranch staff is responsible for the daily operations of the ministry ensuring quality programming, herd health and mission focus.  A team of lead volunteers supports the staff and ministry in key missional areas.

The Ranch is blessed with a volunteer Board of Directors that provide strategic direction and financial oversight. The Board members serve for a 3-year term with rotations being staggered.

Executive Managing Director

Trisha is a farm girl at heart. Her passion is to see people encounter Christ through His creation, especially horses. She is blessed to serve in worship and children's ministries in her local church body, and to be part of the Ranch Family.

Catie has a life-long love for horses riding from a young age, during college and continuing the sport today. She is experienced working at horse rescues, lesson barns and working with individuals with a variety of needs.

Celeste comes to Wings of Hope with years of horsemanship with her family's horses. She also has been serving in Special Needs Church Ministry for nine years. She is the main contact for all who are interested in volunteering at the Ranch.
