The East Coast Ranch Ministry Clinic is a full weekend (Friday night through Sunday afternoon) event focused on supporting similar ministries and offering education that is rooted in Biblical truths. The event includes worship and praise, meals, and educational sessions on ministry, programming, volunteer management, non-profits, horse training, fundraising, and other related topics. We also host longer, more intensive programs and clinics the two days prior to the main clinic for a separate fee.
The East Coast Ranch Ministry Clinic was created to connect people who are currently involved in ranch type ministries that bring people groups (children, veterans, special populations, etc.) together to share ideas, wisdom, and fellowship. Often these ministries utilize horses, many times rescue horses, farm animals and related activities like art, gardening, and woodworking to minister to their clients, to share the love and healing power of Christ.
The 2024 event will be hosted at Wings of Hope Ranch in Doswell, VA September 26-29, 2024. There will be forty-seven main clinic sessions led by speakers from all over the country! There will be three session choices per time slot to choose from, four meals (two lunches and two dinners plus coffee and snacks every morning) and Cowboy Church.
In addition, we will be offering fourteen optional pre-clinic intensive sessions on topics like horse training, equine ministry, business, mini horses, webpage building, technology, trauma ministry, and fundraising. These 14 Pre-Clinic opportunities will be hosted all day Thursday and Friday, prior to the main clinic beginning. You can add any of these options to your Main clinic registration or simply attend one or more of those independent of the main clinic.
If you register for the Main Clinic, your registration fee includes all educational sessions on Saturday and Sunday, The Fellowship Dinner and kick off sessions on Friday night, Lunch on Saturday, Dinner on Saturday night, lunch on Sunday, plus coffee and snacks. Please indicate any food allergies on your form when you register.

ABOUT US: Let us introduce ourselves and our mission/vision: The East Coast Ranch Ministry Clinic and Fellowship was created to connect people annually who are currently involved in and running ranch type ministries that bring people groups (children, veterans, special populations, etc.) together to share ideas, wisdom, and fellowship.

To be clear, our ministries and this event are focused on Christian ministry, never therapy. In general, we do not claim to be therapists or provide therapy in our ministries. There are some ministries in our circle (that attend or share at our events) that do in fact have licensed therapists who work at their ranches (whom we LOVE) but that is an exception to the rule. Our clinic focuses on education that is rooted in Biblical truths and supports similar ministries.
We annually plan a 2-day clinic/fellowship at a similar ministry, (sometimes with additional pre or post clinic events), that includes worship and praise, meals, and educational sessions on ministry, programming, horse training, fundraising, and other related topics pertinent to people serving in this way.
Since 2015 we have hosted events at Wings of Hope Ranch, VA (2015- 2017), Walk on Water Ministries, FL (2018), Shepherd Youth Ranch, NC (2019), No event due to Covid-19 (2020) Ready Yourselves Youth Ranch, PA (2021), and Wings of Hope Ranch, VA (new property- 2022-2024). We also try to support and consult with similar ministries throughout the year who are starting up or have questions. It is our sincere pleasure to help spread the Good News of Christ by helping other ministries blossom.
The East Coast Ranch Ministry Clinic was created and is managed by Alison Boyd, Founding Director of Wings of Hope Ranch in VA and is considered one of their annual ministry events.
