Looking to give tangible items to the Ranch to support our horses and Ranchers? Check out our needs here.

It's a huge help when donors choose to gift us needed items. Not only does it allow us to get exactly what's needed for the ranchers, barn, and horses, but it also allows us to be the best stewards of the dollars entrusted to us to operate the ministry.

We love our local shops -

Ashland Feed Store and Montpelier Feed and Seed both have a list of items Wings of Hope purchases regularly. Purchases can be made in person or over the phone. We can pick up donations when picking up feed. Gift certificates from either shop are wonderful too!

Our friends at Champion Saddlery and Changing Reins have tack and boots available locally.

Shop our online wish lists at Chewy, Valley Vet or Amazon to ship items directly to the Ranch.

Known as “in-kind” contributions, these gifts are just as valuable as the money that would purchase them. Also, the fair market value (determined by you and your accountant) of these donations is tax-deductible. We will happily give you a tax-deductible contribution receipt for any in-kind gifts you give - just make sure we have your name as the donor!

Supplies for Sessions and Ranchers

• Philips HeartStart FRX AED

• Hard toe cowboy boots - in good or like-new condition

• Traffic cones, yard games in good shape (corn hole, tic tac toe, etc)

• Child/youth lariats - good condition

• Catering and event planning services for end of season picnics

• Food service gloves - size large

• Flat screen TV for lessons and volunteer trainings - in working condition

• Sterno, new chafing dishes, sealed paper plates and bowls, disposable cutlery

• Tack-

  • Can be consigned at Champion Saddlery or Changing Reins Ashland with proceeds donated to Wings of Hope. Both shops will mail donation checks directly to Wings of Hope after sales.

Office/Barn Supplies

• Cleaning supplies - Fabuloso, Bleach and Ivory dish soap

• Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, tissues, 50 and 42-gallon contractor trash bags

• Office supplies such as forever stamps, envelopes and printer paper

• Professional printing services

• Gift card to office supply store

• Professional photography and videography services

• Gift certificates to Food Lion, Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply or Southern States

• Cases of bottled water

Groundskeeping and Facility Needs

• 51-gallon fuel transfer tank and transfer tank pump

• Medium and large heavy duty garden hoses

• Generac Guardian 24000-Watt standby generator and installation services

• Landscape -

  • Weed whackers - working condition

  • Grounds team volunteers to help keep the ranch tidy and maintained

  • Supplies such as mulch and stone

• Millcreek arena groomer

• Polywood rocking chairs

• Mini-van - to be used to transport miniature horses

• Truck, trailer and ATV mechanical repair

• Pre-built run-in sheds, 12x18 or larger - new or gently used

Note: if you have used tack to donate that is not on the list above, we encourage you to reach out to one of our local rescue partners, PERL, CVHR, or VEWS, who are able to best utilize these items.
